Healthspan Intelligence is an educational decision-support system designed to organize clinical risk, physical reserve, and intrinsic capacity without reducing healthy aging to a single biological-age score.
We welcome critical review from physicians, researchers, nurses, allied health professionals, and others with relevant expertise. The most useful feedback is not whether the System looks impressive, but whether its logic, safety, interpretation, and recommendations are scientifically and clinically responsible.
Areas Where Professional Review Can Improve the System
We are particularly interested in identifying errors, omissions, unintended interpretations, and places where the System may give users more confidence than the evidence supports.
Clinical Thresholds
Are screening thresholds, risk categories, and treatment-aware interpretations represented accurately?
Safety Flags
Are potentially important findings separated and escalated appropriately rather than treated as ordinary optimization?
Domain Selection
Are important dimensions of healthspan missing, overemphasized, or placed in the wrong domain?
Scoring Assumptions
Do any scoring rules, weak-link constraints, or proxy assumptions create misleading conclusions?
Recommendation Logic
Are priorities appropriately ordered by clinical significance, evidence strength, actionability, and confidence?
Public Interpretation
Could any wording, score, label, simulator result, or recommendation reasonably be misunderstood as diagnosis or medical advice?
How to Review Healthspan Intelligence
You do not need to review every component. Even focused feedback on one domain, threshold, recommendation, or safety issue can be useful.
Complete enough of the assessment to see how inputs, domain results, confidence, recommendations, and safety messages are presented.
Review the scoring philosophy, evidence hierarchy, confidence model, clinical safeguards, limitations, and validation status.
Focus on anything inaccurate, clinically unsafe, misleading, overconfident, missing, or difficult for the public to interpret.
Specific criticism is especially valuable: what is wrong, why it matters, and what would make the framework more responsible or useful.
